2. Refund Policy
2.1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:
- Failure to deliver services as per the agreed scope of work.
- Cancellation of the project before any work has commenced.
- Deficiencies in service delivery due to reasons solely attributable to Humbingo Consultancy Services LLP.
2.2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Services that have already been delivered or partially completed.
- Fees for consultations, initial project analysis, or assessments.
- Costs incurred for third-party tools, software, or subscriptions procured on behalf of the client.
2.3. Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Humbingo Consultancy Services LLP within 7 days of service delivery or issue occurrence.
All refund requests will be evaluated within 10 days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days using the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellation by the Client
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to Humbingo Consultancy Services LLP.
The following terms apply based on the cancellation timing:
- Before Project Commencement: Full refund, excluding any non-refundable fees.
- After Project Commencement: Fees for completed work will be deducted, and a partial refund may be provided for uncompleted tasks.
- After Service Delivery: No refund will be provided.
3.2. Cancellation by Humbingo Consultancy Services LLP
Humbingo Consultancy Services LLP reserves the right to cancel services under the following conditions:
- Non-payment of dues within the stipulated timeline.
- Breach of the terms outlined in the Service Terms and Conditions Policy.
- Engagement by the client in unlawful or unethical activities.
In such cases, no refund will be provided.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Humbingo Consultancy Services LLP to resolve issues before initiating chargebacks or disputes.
Any chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of services.
5. Liability
Refunds and cancellations are limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Humbingo Consultancy Services LLP is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from cancellations or refunds.
6. Amendment to Policy
Humbingo Consultancy Services LLP reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client via email or updated on the company’s website.
