4. Handling of Confidential Information

4.1. Storage and Security

Both parties agree to implement reasonable security measures to protect confidential information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or theft.

Confidential information must be stored in a secure manner, and access should be limited to authorized personnel only.

4.2. Return or Destruction of Confidential Information

Upon termination of the service agreement or at the request of the disclosing party, the recipient will promptly return or destroy all confidential information, including any copies, records, or derivatives.

5. Duration of Confidentiality Obligations

The confidentiality obligations outlined in this policy will remain in effect during the term of the service agreement and will continue indefinitely after the termination of the agreement, until such time that the confidential information becomes public without fault of the recipient.

6. Breach of Confidentiality

Any breach of confidentiality by either party may result in immediate termination of services, and the offending party may be liable for damages, including legal actions, to compensate for any harm or loss caused by the breach.

The recipient agrees to immediately notify the disclosing party in the event of any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of confidential information.

7. No License or Ownership Rights

Nothing in this Confidentiality Policy grants either party any rights, title, or interest in the confidential information of the other party. The disclosing party retains full ownership and control over its confidential information.

8. Amendment to Policy

Humbingo Consultancy Services LLP reserves the right to amend this Confidentiality Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client via email or updated on the company’s website.
